COVID-19 safety policies

Due to the dangers of the COVID-19 pandemic, we, the organizers, will:

• Cap attendance;

• Confirm documentation of vaccination at the door (see definition below);

• Assure safe behavior during the dance; &

• Reserve the right to cancel the dance at our discretion.

Dancers are also responsible for safety. Dancers must:

• Wear a well-fitting mask inside the dance venue.

• Refrain from eating or drinking inside the dance venue.

• Be fully vaccinated at the time of a dance.  The current (2/2/2022) definition of fully vaccinated is:  

  • Either an initial set of approved vaccinations PLUS a booster vaccine received at least two weeks prior to the dance, OR

  • The initial set of approved vaccinations received NO MORE THAN 6 months prior to the dance.

• Demonstrate that you are fully vaccinated.

  • Upload your California Digital Vaccine Card, or

  • Show your vaccine card at the door.
