Dance Cancellation

• All venues have a capacity limit. During the pandemic, those limits have been further reduced to prevent superspreader events. We will cap registration when we believe that  limit has been reached. The first people to register will have priority when a cap is reached. 

• If you register for a dance and do not submit a payment within 5 days, your registration may be canceled.

• If we cancel a dance, we will refund all registration fees we have received. 

• Registration fees will not be refundable unless the event is canceled. (Contact us if you feel you should receive a refund due to special circumstances.)
